Two roles
- Our customers' contacts (the people who receive texts). The business that uploads a number decides why and how it is used (controller). We deliver the text on that business's instructions (processor).
- Our customers (account holders). For your own account details we are the controller.
What we collect
- Account holders: business name, your name, phone, email, payment references (mobile-money or card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store card numbers or PINs).
- Contacts and messages: phone numbers, names if provided, message text, delivery status, opt-outs.
- Technical: login times, IP address, device type, for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To deliver messages, take payment, show reports, handle refunds and disputes, stop abuse, meet legal duties, and provide support.
Who we share it with
- Messaging partners and mobile networks (to deliver texts).
- Payment providers.
- Authorities where the law requires.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Message content: [90] days. Delivery records: [12] months. Payment records: [6] years (tax). Opt-out records: as long as needed to honour them. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by contacting [privacy email]. If your number was uploaded by a business, contact them too, or reply STOP.
Security
